Welcome to ULT Effects!
Thank you so much for downloading and I want to thank all of the amazing people who supported the basic version of ULT that didn't include particle Effects. Your all amazing! This mod is a extention to the base ULT mod. The ULT mod had no effects changed because at the time I couldn't get it right. But finally they are all working and the effects are all lowered to 32x32. Any lower causes crashes.
[RECCOMENDED]
I would really recommend you Install the main ULT mod affecting all the textures so the particles fit in, as every particle is edited besides DLC which is W.I.P Link is just below!

[INSTALLATION]
Drag and drop the folder 'data' into your Fallout 4 file Normally located
Your Install Drive\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Fallout 4
Or use Vortex.
