Introduction
Fallout 4 uses thousands of invisible light sources for ambient lighting
(see "cf. Invisible lights which can be seen by CK" in IMAGES).
I thought it would be convenient if we can use them in the Workshop. And here it is.
Install
MO, Vertex, NMM and so on.
Update
Nothing special. Leave it to your mod manager.
Uninstall
Be sure to use the holotape "Invisible Light Manager" and run "[Uninstall]" before uninstallation.

Flicker I found the flicker effect was not applied to objects which was placed within the game.
Tips
Place everywhere
Use Place Everywhere by TheLich with ground and surface snapping disabled.
You can place "Z000" series everywhere!
