Complete rebuild of the hammer house, I scraped the whole thing including foundations then built a new Sanctuary house and added a weapons, armour, chem, ammo and weapon smith workbenches and two power armour repair bay's. There is also a working cooking station in the kitchen in the main house and a player owned bed.

Complete rebuild of the hammer house, I scraped the whole thing including foundations then built a new Sanctuary house and added a weapons, armour, chem, ammo and weapon smith workbenches and two power armour repair bay's. There is also a working cooking station in the kitchen in the main house and a player owned bed. the house is fully furnished including a bed for Dogmeat. I also built a wooden two room workshop area to house the crafting benches and the power armour repair bay's. Out back is a farm facility tended by robots. As for the rest of sanctuary you can scrap as much or as little as you like, having said that if you do scrap all the other buildings an hedges plus the leaf mounds and debris mounds as well the blue print stays within the build budget limit and leaves a little room to build a few other small shack for any settlers you want to have. I have not tried it yet myself but you should have enough room to house at least the terrible five as long as you keep it simple.
