This mod adds special attributes to under clothing in the vanilla game that didn't have any before. Affected items are the BOS Uniforms, Flannel Shirt and Jeans, Harness, Gunner Flannel Shirt, Gunner Harness, Long Johns, Raider Leathers, and Vault Suits for 81, 111, and 114, in both clean and unclean variants.

Ever notice that the some underarmors in this game have 2 points of SPECIAL bonus applied to them? Ever notice that some of them don't? No? This mod seeks to remedy that problem by adding skill enhancements to all of the underarmor in the base vanilla game that was lacking it before.
The exact changes are: +1 STR and + 1 AGI to: BOS officer uniform, BOS uniform (orange and green variants), +1 CHR and +1 PER to : Flannel Shirt and Jeans, Road Leathers +1 AGI and + 1 PER to: Gunner Flannel Shirt and Jeans +2 AGI to: Harness, Gunner Harness +2 END to: Raider Leathers, Long Johns +1 END and + 1 CHR: Vault 81, 111, and 114 Jumpsuits, both Clean and Normal Variants
This does not affect any armors added by any DLC, creation club, or other mod. The base prices, mod list, and weight remain unchanged. Uniquely named variants have separate IDs, and as such lack the attributes and are unaffected. This mod should be able to fit anywhere in your load order, assuming you don't have any mods that affect these clothing items, in which case they are likely incompatible.
