Removes certain perk requirements (like Ninja, Lone Wanderer, Rifleman, Pickpocket...) from the various armour and weapon modifications from the Nuka World DLC to make it more in line with the base game crafting requirements.

Perk requirements like Ninja, Lone Wanderer, Rifleman, Pickpocket and others are removed from the crafting recipes of the Nuka World DLC. Now you can craft all the weapon and armour mods without having to invest so many Perk Points into unrelated perks. I changed all the recipes I could find/remember, let me know if I missed any.
