I do a lot of changes via loose files. I am a fan of making things clean.
As part of the fallout lure, things should get better and cleaned up as time goes by, so that is what inspired me to clean the commonwealth.
With that being said what inspired me to post it on Nexus is why not. I post loose files in rare occasion that I feel people would like.
However, with this one, it had two desired results. One, people may like it, I have many designs, and two to show others that I do not need to steal texture when I can do them myself.
