Not strictly required if you just teleport to the cell, does make the Nuka World story playable though.

Train your reactions and clearing skills at the Operator's Shoot house.
This mod adds a bowling alley turned training range to Nuka World.
It is accessed via the double doors on the back wall of the First Aid station, or teleport to it by typing "coc zzxAlley" in the console.
Features: Reset-able cans, gangsters and bowling pin targets, button is on the right lanes.
Two buttons that spawn aliens around, shoot them before they disappear. Push again to turn off. One is on the left lanes and the other upstairs near the pool tables.
Practice clearing behind the lanes and saving the hostage. Has two position setting buttons on either side of the door. Clear behind the check in area of aliens. Has two position settings by the door.
The button by the upstairs bar spawns various targets around, recommend deciding that some are no-shoot and test your discipline.
Works on pancake, but it is decidedly less compelling than in VR.
Out of various weapon mods and fixes, I've found that the "Assault Carbine and Service Rifle VR Patch" by kevtg26 has the best working reflex sight.
