    This is not lore friendly! It doesn't jive at all with my better immersive it just works mod, my companions just cough all over me all the time now saying its fine because of masks, and I can't bear the cacophony of all my anime npc replacers whining simultaneously in my settlements!

    Can you make this into an esl?

    I admit this is probably a dumb question, but how compatible is this with 4-76? It seems like it could be a really interesting mid to late game challenge to suddenly have to contend with pandemic management while already fighting my way through a Commonwealth gone mad.

      This will work fine with Fallout 476 as it doesnt add any live humans to the game.

      Since there is little difference between an incapacitated actor and a dead actor, you already have the tools. Pew pew pew.

    Just as I'm wrapping up my most fun playthrough yet, using your other terrific mod Synth Player, then THIS drops!

    Thanks, this is (another!) really cool and unique mod!

    For my synth player Ramona, after finally completing all her goals (from wiping out RR/BoS to assessing/recruiting/eliminating other forms of synthetic life: AGNIS, Ivy, Darlene, Vault 4's , and more),  and got most settlements established as a buffer against future threats.  Now she's gotta deal with this pandemic, or lose her cannon fodder meatbags ...

      Noticing most of the victims found at each settlement to get blood samples from are kids (like 10 of 14)... 
      That wasn't intentional, wonder why most would be kids...? Should'a taken your Flintstones chewables...!


      Aside from that (although this doesn't affect the mod experience for me: in this timeline, COVID2077 is much, much deadlier to children than its 2019 predecessor)

      You must have something messed with the base game WorkshopNPC level actor as that does not include children in the base game. 

      ps apologies cant use that other image you posted, this has attracted enough ingnorant hate.

      Thinking it may have to do with raider children, or killable children mods? (Edit: I now worry for Peter from FCR, he's caught the bug now)

      The outbreak is now clustered in the Sanctuary-RR-Abernathy Farm region... this area is now quarantined until further notice...

      No Idea, I dont use those type of things. Base game has no generic spawnable kids, every one is named unique excepting BOS squires..

      I also have A Nice Oak Tree's diverse children.. maybe one of these 3 adds an entry to whatever the workshop polls to create a new victim?
      Anyone else seeing this? (They aren't all kids, around 2/3 for my game).

      The Sanctuary-RR-Abernathy Farm region has now received their vaccinations, and the area quarantine has been lifted. Settlers rejoice as Provisioners and Hookers may now move freely once again among these settlements and Concord Fallon's. Vaccinations are being distributed to all other settlements, but we ask that you please be patient.

      Appreciated ! Looks like this solution has made it past the day zero audience of ignorant incomprehension with the traditional SKK quality users returning ... good to see ya'll ;)

      Yup this is something new and unusual to do in the game, and it was challenging to design/deliver the seamless user experience within the base game limitations.  Enjoy !

    I'm just nitpicking but can you change the paladin to sentinel in the thanks for curing the Commonwealth pop up since that is the end rank for the BOS.

    Gotta say, this is technically and gameplay-wise impressive. Your mods have the reputation they do for a reason. 
    I generally avoid putting anything Covid related (or otherwise overly current events related) in my game, but there is something appealing about adding virus management into FO4, especially when it is more than a gimmick and actually comes with so much gameplay to it

    I would say one of the US bio weapon lab is testing new bioweapon against China in Anchorage. Something went wrong just like May 2019, virus spread and killed most of the European especially British (dont know why) before warhead falls. The virus was carried from North down to capital wasteland, and brought by the caravans and MacGreedy. Now its the US virus and the justice begin to serve after two hundred years later

      I would posit my own in-game theory that a Chinese spy living in the US/Canada before the great war released it into the population to weaken the US economy in preparation for WW3.

      there's already a thing like that in the fallout lore though, it's what was responsible for the eventual creation of the FEV. no need to create another identical one just to push CCP propaganda.

      this mod actually works with it. chinese government knew usa was making a bioweapon (which would be why they sent spies to capture samples of it. they definitely would try to contact the mainland with confirmation of its existence, perhaps what led to their discovery), and they were working on their own version.
