Reskins the Ranger armor by the F4NV team to be Boston Ranger Armor

This mod changes the F4NV Ranger Armor mod to do the following:
-The Ranger Armor in the game now has some minor changes to get rid of all NCR insignias and LAPD logo. This change was made to turn the armor into the Boston Police Department (BPD) Riot Armor, in a similar vein to the Charleston Police Department (CPD) Ranger Armor seen in Fallout 76.
-"NCR Ranger Helmet" and "Veteran Ranger Armor" has been renamed to "Ranger Armor Helmet" and "Ranger Armor Outfit" to reflect the texture changes.
-This mod also adds more Ranger Armor pieces scattered around Cambridge Police Station, a location I thought would be pretty fitting to find these armors.
I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH, YOU NEED THE ORIGINAL MOD FOR THIS TO WORK. THIS MOD SIMPLY RESKINS THE ORIGINAL AND ADDS THE ARMOR TO CAMBRIDGE POLICE STATION.
