About this mod
Sometime back in late 2020, I joined up with a Project led by TroiKamikaZetan to make a mod that brought Psykers to Fallout 4, envisioned as a grand project. However tragedy struck his HDD drive, and the rest of the original team (including myself) worked to ensure his work remained alive. Thus now what's left is here as a Foundation for the future

Fallout - The Rise of Psykers Project (Pre-Alpha Demo) at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com), is the original nexus page link. This project's goal was and is, to bring a brand new Questline in a DLC-scale fashion, while introducing new Psyker powers that use custom animations and scripts to truly feel like your character has PK abilities.
This mod aims to keep the project alive, so that when Troi makes his comeback that he will have a foundation to work from. Courtesy of myself and the rest of the original team.

In addition to keeping this project alive, we hope that even in its infantile state, the project can serve as a highlight of Fallout 4's modding potential, brainstormed by Troi. Myself and the rest of the original team hope that he makes his comeback sooner rather than later.
There will be updates to this mod's dungeon as needed, in addition to emergency hotfixes such as missing files or CTD's. Anything further however will simply have to wait for Troi, as without him the Powers, the Medieval weapons and armor, and the project itself lacks the original vision necessary to make it as it was intended.
Postscript: In time, should the original team get back together (especially Troi), there's room for a possible retcon that will pave the way for a massive expansion on this Foundation File, to create a new world.

- Several Kinesis powers made by Troi, and left exactly as he last worked on, as I don't wish to make edits to them without his explicit permission.
- Several Medieval Helmets with meshes and textures by Troi, to suit the...
- …various melee weapons he had created, including Spears with custom spear animations made by Troi
- All of his content incorporated into an unmarked dungeon designed by us with a small quest, located by Relay Tower 1DL-109 via a door into the ground.
