Inspired by Drovenna's art (check it out! - link), I made a little project out of reimaging Porter Gage's gear. It's not a 1:1 replica of the art, but I think I've captured the spirit of it. It uses the vanilla materials and textures for everything but the sweater, so if you have any retextures for his armor they will be compatible with this.
His original armor is still in the game - this edits his Outfit record to equip him with the long sleeved version of the new gear. It has the same stats as the original.
Once you've maxed affinity with Gage and acquired his companion perk, the outfit becomes craftable at the chem station under 'Utility' - there is both the default, long sleeve version of the new gear and an alternate that uses his original tanktop underneath.
