Turns Red Rocket into a Sanctuary pre-checkpoint, assuming you follow the road to the bridge in.

I use a LOT of settlement/building mods, and this is my first ever Nexus UL (outside of pix). What could go wrong?
As the description states, it's supposed to be a checkpoint/pre stop to Sanctuary, hence the guard tower with the sweet view. There's a 'kinda' hidden room, meant to be for the person in charge to keep a view on what's up with the commonwealth.. and maybe the world(it doesn't actually do anything)? It has a secret way to enter, you'll have to look for it yourself, should take you all of 2 seconds. You need to cmd "scrapall' and disable anything else there, as this build requires the vanilla red rocket station to not be there. One of my smaller, but better settlements. May UL more, we will see how this one does. Feedback is appreciated!!
I am using F4SE 0.0.621 FO4 1.10.163 versions. If you aren't, things probably aren't going to work. Or maybe they will.. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
