About this mod
Giving you an immersive reason to physically crouch more when you play. My VR friendly answer to over encoumberence. Works on non VR too.
So instead of hitting that unimmersive threshold that is carry weight and it stops you from moving/damages your health. You can now physically crouch/take a knee/sit down to take the load off.

What it actually does:
Adds a new perk that you get through a magazine. It will grant you +50 carry weight only when you activate sneak mode, are not in combat, have full AP and are not moving (so basically get down and relax). The magazine can be found on the car inbetween Sanctuary and Red Rocket. Refer to images or video if lost.
Immersive ways you can view this:
+ You're distributing your weight so you can handle what you're carrying.
+ You're resting with the item so you dont hurt yourself.
+ You're just sitting down to sort your inventory without having to worry about taking damage.

You could potentially use this ability to fast travel when you shouldnt be allowed but I decided to leave that to the players decision whether to use it like that.
This mod is designed with VR in mind but will work on pancake too.
