DESCRIPTION
A small community of scavengers with an on-site doctor. Will support 14 settlers and is fully self sufficient.
SCRAPPING
All of the existing furniture inside the house needs to be scrapped. Everything else should be fine. I tried to leave everything as original as it was. No scrapping mods were used. Go through the settlement after the transfer is complete and scrap anything originally there that's now clipping through.
