Makes Power Armor stronger by 2-3 times, so that it does more than sit around your house looking pretty. Base game Power Armour is pretty useless to wear with its movement limitations and lack of both power and armour, and enemies are not intimidating in it either, so this fixes that. Increases base level unarmed attack also, as getting punched by a slab of metal should hurt a tad, making unarmed skill applicable in later-stage games if desired. Health etc. goes up with each increase in Power Armour level, so Raider =lowest and X01=highest. But, this applies across the game. To enemies. Even to Danse. For modded games with high difficulty, to make it worthwhile kit to hang on to. Also made it more profitable to sell, as functional Old World tech should be. Main file requires Nuka-world DLC. File added for that one bit in Automatron DLC, if you must. Endorse if you remember.
