Hello! Im having an issue where when I try and load the city plan my game crashes, it didnt do that for any other city plan for the vanila settlements. I was wondering if you'd be able to help?
That's a limitation of the base settlement mod itself. Since this wasn't an area designed for a settlement in the base game, the objects you're referring to are caught in precombines and can't be scrapped. Some other scrapping mods will allow these to be broken and the objects scrapped, but using things that break precombines in the city plan itself is a good way to intrtoduce instability/crashes to the area.
Feel free to use that kind of scrapping mod on your game if those items bother you, but I can't get rid of them in the plan itself.

Feel free to use that kind of scrapping mod on your game if those items bother you, but I can't get rid of them in the plan itself.
You do have VFX's Swan's Pond settlement installed and working, right?
