What does this mod do?
Makes weapons feel like they have weight & power by tweaking the aim model values carefully.
What has been changed?
Feel: Weapons feel more appropriate to their size & weight.
Spread: Bullet spread has been reduced to compensate for increased recoil.
Hip-fire: Hip fire has been tweaked to compensate for the new recoil patterns.
Single fire recoil: Heavier single shot kick back, lower tier guns/attachments will make the weapon feel a lot wilder.
Burst/spray recoil: Spraying now takes skill & will require higher tier grips/stocks to realistically pull off.
Weapon attachments: Emphasized the importance of recoil compensating attachments (Stocks, muzzles ect.)
Why?
Because I want each weapon to feel unique and real.

A. It does not.
Q. Is V.A.T.S effected?
A. No, V.A.T.S performs as normal.
Q. Can you create a patch for...?
A. Yes, patches are included in the FOMOD installer.

A. Agreed, you can simply mark all of the esp's as "light" in your mod manager :)
