I attempted to create someone who looks kinda like Jennifer Lawrence in the character creator, and I was relatively pleased with how it came out. Even if it doesn't look 100% like her she's a beautiful character to play. She actually looks good in the little conversation cutscenes too!
I have modded my game with a variety of mods but only a couple are char creation specific, not really sure if it'll matter tbh if it doesn't work let me know.
Save should be in the vault just before you get the chance to change things.
I picked up pretty much everything in the vault I could find including that holotape game thingy and all the junk, cups and bottles and such.

Unzip it to documents/my games/Fallout4/saves
