Adds the Select Assault Rifle by neeher to the leveled lists

Injects the Select Assault Rifle by neeher to the following leveled lists via script:
- Gunners
- Specialised Weapon Vendors
- Raider Bosses
The weapon should start spawning at player level 25, making a great intermediary weapon between the Combat Rifle and the Assault Rifle.

The mod is largely untested, please let me know if you have any issues. It is a patch file, load it after the original mod.
