Sadly it seems like this addon has been abandoned, which is a shame because I would have loved to use the brick houses if they weren't basically broken.
The mod does seem to be abandoned so, in an effort to keep this note at the top, I'll add my known issue here.
The experimental sticky grenade WeaponSpeedMult (AV 312) effect seems to be scripted for integer representations of 0 to 100% when it should be, I believe, in decimal (0.0 to 1.0). For example, while under the sticky effect: movement speed is correctly reduced while weapon firing speed is 25 times faster than normal (AV 312 @ 25), and when the effect clears firing speed is 100 times faster (AV 312 @ 100) rather than being restored to normal.
The Herbal / Drug Factory is way overpowered. It's dumping way more drugs into my settlement work bench than are even in the game, especially for the rare ones like the colored mentats.
I love your gatehouse. I end up using it in every build. The base is off and if you could tweak it that would be great. :) The Roman Bath is really cool.
I am a bit late to this, so sorry for the necro. In the brick house 2, it appears that the bed is only included and starts to count at level 2, which is different than brick house 1, which includes the bed at level one. So you could force a level 2 build to fix the problem (throw money at it).
Just wanted to add, with the Storywealth collection, this mod causes a CTD upon loading in after a few seconds! Hope it isn't like that for everyone because I remember using this mod and it's quite good.
Sooo...has this mod been abandoned? The brick houses seem to be borked, neither has beds the NPCs can actually use and one of them does not even count toward the housing/bed count. Which is quite unfortunate as the fish farm and the brick houses were the main selling point for me for this mod.
just had a question i downloaded the mod, but cant find any of the plans. i have two addons though yours and another modders. his show up but yours do not. it does say your mod is active and is working but i cant find the plans anywhere.
any chance the 2x2 apartments could get a touchup compared to the 3x3's they look rather drab, also a second bed could easily be fit on each floor in the corner by the window as the current design only gives it two physical beds
