Appearance overhaul of several random encounter NPCs

This is an appearance overhaul of several random encounter NPC's. Initially, I had just intended to change Jules and Angie. Jules' nose was placed so far to the right of center, he looked ridiculous. And Angie looked like a cartoon character. But then I started coming across the other encounters and noticed unrealistic profiles and other oddities or annoyances, so this is the result.
NPC's that were modified include:
Fred, Angie and Jules
Gene the dog vendor
Kelly the brahmin vendor
Stash, Simon and Alexa
Mac (Mac's bar) - very minor tweaks to center features
Mikey and Moss (Mainly changed Mikey's misplaced features. Minor changes to Moss who uses a scavenger template)
Clinton (has the daughter Charlie but did not change her) - looks more like a dad now and less like a grandpa. He uses a generic scavenger appearance, so this will affect some scavengers as well.
Dreth - looks a bit less like a scary witch now
Left Art untouched. His appearance is a bit too iconic for me to change.
All changes made with the Creation Kit.
