TSSMSR does not add in any weapons, just the perks. I honestly don't know anything about either of those mods but I wouldn't think so. I will try and take a quick look at their descriptions to see.
Edit: From the look of the mods descriptions I see no indications of incompatibility.
It adds a chest with a few existing weapons that I feel many a veteran would have. I understood your question to be if it added in any weapons of my design. I made a copy of the revolutionary sword and gave it a name but that doesn't count as a unique weapon of my design.
I see well they were great editions good call putting them there but now I want to know if these additions would conflict with a mod know as weapons overhaul redux (obsolete version)?

I don't understand, maybe I'm missing something here, but what is the difference between this Minimalist, the Moderate and the Standard version of this mod?
That information is listed on the Combat Deployments Discussion page with a full breakdown of the character levels for each selection. I may update the description page to better reflect the information breakdown.
I built Reforging the Wasteland optional file for my nine year old son but I thought I would put this up here for anyone who is interested.
It requires TSSMSR- Minimalist as a base. In addition you need the Creation Club files for the X-02 Power Armor, The Chinese Stealth Suit, the Tesla Cannon, The Quake Thunderbolt, the BFG 9000, the CR-74L Combat Rifle, the Prototype Gauss Rifle, and the Handmade Shotgun. This mod places a triple-barreled incendiary shotgun in the sole survivor's military service trunk, as well as a copy of the Chinese stealth suit, and one of each of the other weapons. I removed the quest requirement for the x-02s Devil's Inferno upgrade. I also removed all the quest requirements for the CR-74L rifle so you may customize with impunity. It also adds in an obscene amount of ammo for various weapons. It also adds to the player all of the weapon upgrading perks, the scavenging perks, the locksmithing and hacking perks.
Great mod, makes sense for the MC to retain their prior military training, but I have a question, would it be possible to remove the trunk full of loot in the MC's house in the Minimalist Version? Just wondering
I'm sorry you feel that way about the XP buff Kiyo59. If you have any experience with xedit you could remove that bonus from the Enlisted and Officer perks and you would have the version you are hoping for.
I've been working on a rebuild on TSSMSR for a few weeks and everything that I can get done on my own is almost done. I've removed a couple MOS selections while adding a few, I've switched from giving a number of free PerkPoints to the player and letting them build their character with little to no direction, and I've changed it so that:
1) The Service Branch Selection will grant a Branch specific custom perk with effects and two perks that help represent that Service Branch's training emphasis.
2) The Commission Selection will grant a Commission specific perk with effects and two perks that best represent either officer or noncom training.
3) The Rank Selection will grant a Rank specific custom perk with no effects and a number of bonus PerkPoints equal to the rank you selected.
4) The MOS selection will grant one custom perk with no effects and three perks that I feel best represent that specific career choice.
5) The Advanced Training will grant one custom perk with no effects and three perks that best represent that specific advanced training program.
6) The Combat Deployments will grant one custom perk with no effects, one or more custom perks with effects, and a number of bonus levels.
If you want to see the specific perks that have been paired with each selection, I have it all detailed over in the forum section.
I have been working with Ninja2dan and we're set to start working with a pair of artists to create custom perks icons for every custom perk, but that will likely take a little time since there are 336 custom perks so please bear with me. I will be uploading Version 3.01 (without the custom perks) later this week.

Are you referring to the elite training options in reference to the recon role? I had worked on a reconnaissance option but I couldn't make it work to my satisfaction, so I removed it.

Also is this mod compatible with subversion and the danse dilemma?

Edit: I honestly forgot I put armor in the chest.
Moderate you can go up to level 20 at maximum.
Standard you can go up to level 30 at maximum.
