The only thing this is any good for, is real time physics observations while you're in LooksMenu.

Everything about this mod is nasty. Don't use it for anything. As soon as I can figure out how to get a NIF animation working, this is going to change.

That's all it does. It just moves up, then drops back down a bit faster.
Adjust Looks menu sliders while you bob up and down.
It's not perfect, but it's functional. Kinda functional.
Place it in Workshop mode: Structures > Wood > Misc > Jiggler Cost: 1 Bottle Cap
