I don't play Fallout 4 currently nor do I have it installed so any bug/technical issue related questions will mostly likely not be answered. sorry.
Since there is an extreme lack of IKAROS conversions, I thought I'd take it upon myself to add the pot.
What does this mod do?
Well I'm glad you asked me that. It makes it so users of the IKAROS race can use and SEE the TNR Shoulder Lamp. You could use the lamp if you wanted to but you wouldn't be able to see it and you'd just have a floating light behind your character. NOT very immersive.
