Is this mod compatible with FO4 Rain Mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/267/?) ?

I highly recommend this mod over the ramccoid's rain mod, the other mod just seems to make the rain bulkier and change the splash effect, this mod seems to keep the rain sleek looking but just a lot more of it, and the splash effects look just fine, I know ramccoid was advertising better splash effects and i was worried that this mod didn't have them or if there were any even in vanilla because I haven't noticed them before.

this mod just suits me way better; heavy sleek rain downpour. sleek rain feels more dreary imho so this mod is more immersive for me.

to be fair though I haven't tried ramccoid's mod I just watch the preview video and looked at his screens and it almost makes the rain look like hail to me which I don't like.

it's a shame nikitos doesn't put more into description and advertise it more with vids and screens, it's a decent mod.

I am of the same opinion. You too clearly see the textures with the other rain mod, which isn't to my taste.

That hail comparison is spot on. The rain of ramccoids looks almost golf ball sized.

How can you judge an Animation Mod without actually trying it!? Its like comparing two cars, driving one and saying that one drives better without even trying the other one. You clearly need to try out both mods before giving feedback. ramccoids rain doesn't have 2000 plus endorsements and an IGN review for no reason...

Combine this with the louder rainy/thunder sound mod! Just perfect.

    Endorsed!

i am really interested in this mod and would switch from my other rain mod if i had a nominal preview. Unfortunately my poor eyes just cant see much of an effect with the provided screenshots. It might help myself and others if you provided a quick vid of the effect in action, and if you placed this mod in models and textures for higher visibility as a whole. Thanks for sharing your work, and i may try just to see anyhow!

What this mod does: it doubles each drop adding the same close to every drop.
So there will be couple of drops close to each other instead of one in vanilla making it not so realistic if you ask.

This mod isn't doing anything :/ I even tried editing the .dds file and putting a bunch of red s#*! all over the place to test if it's working but it doesn't appear in game.

    edit: Dw fixed it

Does anyone have the fw (id) code for rain? I know 15e is to make the weather clear, but I can't find the one for rain at all!

Hope you beat me to the punch .
If not ill make another remake of Real rain again.

Hell at least they fixed rain not clipping through roofs anymore.

I prefer this mod over ramccoid's. The rain looks more realistic and not huge like golfballs.

PS: This mod might get more notice if it was moved to the Models and Textures section, as Visuals and Graphics is more for presets/ENB's.
