A tool to convert fusion core REMAINING CHARGES into fusion cells.

There is recipes to create the converter at chem station utility section, also for the ammo if using the energy converter.
One converter (more costly to create) can spawn fusion cells directly, it copes with any AutoPickUp mods that auto pickups ammo!

it takes 3 turns to auto pickup 300 items. Turning auto loot OFF (wait 5s) ON helps.

config it with:
L=set AutoLoot_Setting_PauseLooting to 0; cgf "Debug.Notification" "AutoLoot ON"
Ctrl-L=set AutoLoot_Setting_PauseLooting to 1; cgf "Debug.Notification" "AutoLoot OFF"

Issues:
- Do not fire it in owned interior cells (like some houses), all ammo will spawn owned and autopickup mods may fail to pick'em up!

How to tweak it to your preferences:
 - The conversion ratio is controlled by Weapon/FNAM/#Projectiles amount. A 100% fusion core provides 50 ammo, so to get 300 fusion cells out of it, the value was set to 6.

Needs Polishing:
- remove the firing sound or change to electricity sound
- remove hit particles
- change firing beam to electricity
- It is a copy of gatling laser, so it would be good to remove all mods from it but keeping it functional in some way? despite it is all standard mods
- it's 3d model should be a fusion core with a circuit over it and some display counter with the ammo, ideally hehe...
DONE - I dont know how to remove the 20 base damage from it (could be the standard weapon mod? will check), it seems to be not set by the weapon at FO4Edit, I could just remove the extra energy damage... So, for now, dont use it to fight ok? :P
HalfDONE+- - it should require a new secondary item called EmptyFusionCell(that weights the same of a fusion cell, and could be retrieved from firing any energy weapon), per ammo spawned.
DONE - When firing, it creates some lag, may be let it fire slower?
PseudoDONE - Picking up spawned cells may take some time, I use a mouse that has burst click so to me is not a problem. Find a way to spawn less objects to let you pickup it with less clicks?
