A cargo ship. Its primary purpose was to be the ship you arrive on in Fallout: Hawaii, but it's also used in Fallout: London as the environment of a quest location.
The idea of this model is to be a base object that you can decorate with stuff. It's compatible with the "Nautical" interior object set in Fallout 4 (the same ones used in the Chinese submarine), so you can attach doors to the doorways, walls in the interiors, corridors within the ship and do whatever you want. On top of that, you can put lights, cargo containers and various other decorations all over the ship to give it some detail. The various doorways leading inside the ship aren't perfectly aligned with each other though, which is a problem if you want to make a perfectly interconnected interior space within the ship's hull, but you can get around the issue with some imaginative use of the nautical pieces. You'll see what I mean if you test it in the Creation Kit. Also, you have to use the nautical stairs object in the bridge. There are holes in each bridge deck where you can slot the stairs into, allowing access all the way up to the command bridge.
You can use this in your mod if you credit me for the work. All of the textures are from Fallout 4 though.
