Uh, yeah. It plays the announcement trailer on launch. That's it.

The video quality ain't the best imo but it's the best I can do. Loops fine as far as I can tell.
I noticed I left the audio inside the MainMenuLoop file instead of removing it since it's muted in favor of MUS_MainTheme. But when recreating the video file without audio, both RAR files were 373 MB anyways.
So that's a whole half hour of my life I'm never getting back.
