This mod swapps the resistances of the Marine Wetsuit and Marine Tactical Helmet, then adds 2 Agility and Linings to the Wetsuit and 10 additional rad resistance and 1 Perception to the Helmet. I felt this change necessary as the Wetsuit combo is rather severely underpowered.
