This mod changes the Boston Airport workbench to a fully featured workbench like a settlement would have, including food. Best used with the food planters here (there are a few places for planting food even without):  http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1490/?
Installation:
Place the .esp file in your Fallout 4/Data folder and activate it using the Plugin Manager.
