== What this mod does ==

This mod creates a wearable flower that equips to slot 46 (headband). The 'Flower' can be crafted at any chemistry station under the utility section for 1 adhesive and 1 plastic. It has zero armor rating and grants the wearer +1 charisma and +1 luck.

The flower is actually created from the vanilla Bloodleaf mesh as that one worked best for what I was aiming for. I couldn't find a nice simple standalone wear-a-flower-in-your-hair mod so, with a great deal of help from my wife (she actually did most of the work), this mod was born.

This can be worn by humans and ghouls, both males and females.

The flower has several customization options available via the armor workbench:

Distance and Side

There are inherent challenges in creating this sort of item because it's meant to be worn on the surface of one's hair. The problem is that – especially with mods – there are a lot of different hair volumes, which means it might sit nice on your head for one hair but be completely buried (and therefore not visible) by another. As a result, we created a customization option for distance.

Near = Closest to the head. Should work best with most vanilla and similar hair volumes.
Mid = Medium distance from head. Should work with the most voluminous vanilla hairs, such as Ms. Noir, and a good amount of mod hairs. This is the default position for each one you craft.
Far = Farthest option. Will hopefully work for some of the more poofy mod hairs.

These are the only distances we plan to make since it's not reasonably possible to accommodate for every single hair style out there. The goal was to make it acceptable, not perfect (since that's just not possible for something like this). As such, it's quite possible that it will not sit perfectly on your preferred hair (though hopefully it will). In my personal testing, I never really noticed the gap between the hair and the flower for the non-perfect fits unless I was specifically looking for it.

For each distance there is a left and right option which will make the flower appear on either the left or right side of the wearer's head at the selected distance. Simple as that. Additionally, there is a 'both' option, which will make one appear on both sides of the head for the chosen distance. This option will only work for relatively symmetric hair. For the same reasoning that we only made the three distance options for left or right, we will not be making mixed distances for the 'both' versions. We simply can't accommodate for every hairstyle. If you hate the gap present on your favorite hairstyle, it is relatively easy to open this in Outfit Studio and adjust the distance yourself.

==Known Issues ==

None at present. There were some invisibility issues during our testing phase but we believe we've fixed them.

==Requirements==

This mod shouldn't require anything beyond the base game.

== Conflicts ==

The flower is standalone and a simple chemistry station craftable. I really have no idea what could possibly conflict with this, but then again this is my first published Fallout 4 mod so please be kind if you encounter any issues. Mod was checked and cleaned with FO4Edit before publishing.

== Installation ==

Use your favorite mod manager or manually drop the .esp, texture, materials, and meshes info into your data folder.

== Uninstallation ==

Remove via your favorite mod manager (if installed with one) or manually remove the .esp, textures, materials, and meshes from your data folder directories.

== Permissions ==

Feel free to tweak this as you like, if you know how to play around with meshes and textures. Please do not re-upload here or elsewhere without asking for and receiving permission first.
