Under the Hood is a audio edit to power armor to hopefully make it sound closer to that of a machine. Deepening foot step sounds, adding some gear sounds, and even engine noises to certain actions.
this is NOT a complete overhaul of the sound effects, this mostly just focuses on the more obvious sounds power armor makes
