This new settlement was created to be the refueling and staging point from the south for Trains going into Wasteland Army ARD DC Yard. This settlement does not have a green border its the border is invisible but you only get by the RR tracks to build from the refueling station over the RR bridge to the switching tower with the mutants in it.
