Legendary Modifications 2LM mod, but I got rid of the need for materials

This is a mod for a mod called Legendary modification
(You can get it here, you need the base ones beforehand)
You can craft legendaries on your items, there is a "cheat" option that makes it so the legendaries don't need materials,
but this only affects the legendary effects, and not the 2LM weapons (to my knowledge)
IDK if this needs F4SE, if the original mod needs it, then this does too.
This is a version where I got rid of all crafting resource requirements.
You do still have to have certain perks though
Use Vortex to install, if you don't have it, unzip the contents and drop it into your "Fallout 4" folder.
