This mod is an update of sorts to my No Perk Level Requirements ALL DLC mod. It does the same as that mod, and adds scaling SPECIAL prerequisites to perks. See here for perk prerequisites.

What this mod does is scale up or scale down the amount special you need for a given perk, depending on how many ranks it has. For example, Iron First has 5 ranks, and looks like this in the game normally.



As you can see it has a flat SPECIAL prerequisite of 1 STR. This mod changes that value. You need 1 STR for the 1st rank, 2 STR for the second rank, and so on up to the 5th rank which has a prerequisite of 5 STR. 

By the same token, I have scaled down the ranks required for high SPECIAL perks. For example, Richochet has 3 ranks, and looks like this in the game normally.




As you can see it has a flat SPECIAL prerequisite of 10 LCK. This mod changes that value. You need 8 LCK for the 1st rank, 9 LCK for the second rank, and the 3rd rank retains the original prerequisite of 10 LCK.

I have altered any perk which might conceivably be useful in combat, but have left crafting perks as is.

This makes the leveling system a bit more like Dungeons and Dragons Third Edition.

Please use Level Up Menu EX in conjunction with this mod instead of BAKA interface.

BAKA interface SHOULD be safe to uninstall, but just in case, make sure you have a save game before you do so.

Put last in order, and do not use together with No Perk Level Requirements ALL DLC. This mod MUST go last in load order. Certain other mods may touch the same numbers as this one. For example, if my mod is not last in order, you may have a situation where Gunner 3 and Scrapper 3 still have level prerequisites.
