About this mod

This Mod replaces the postwar Player Home in Sanctuary with a Perfectly Preserved Player Home. Codsworth has painstakingly kept everything meticulous order.

:The Vision:
The Inspiration for this MOD was that with Codsworth still active and tending the location, I believe that he would have done his best to keep the property "respectable". Taking this further, I decided that Codsworth was able to not only maintain the property, he was able to rebuild it to its perfect and pristine condition. I also see Codsworth passing the time honing his gardening skills as a hobby.

:Features:
Most everything is collectable and scrappable so that you can tailor the house to your liking.
The MOD is NOW (v2.0.0 and above) .esp flagged as an ESL.
The MOD has rebuilt the Precombines for the cell it sits on, so load it after any MODs that alter the player house's location.


Currently working on an Addon pack for this MOD (now that we have it behaving).
The Addon will include Codsworth's Secret bunker which he has built to give him a workshop, recharge station, extra Storage, and his personal dumping ground.
There will also be a few additions sprinkled around the house and world to provide some incite into Codsworth's 200+ year activities.
The Addon is really to dive deeper into Codsworth's struggle with loneliness and abandonment issues.

Planned Future Additions to this MOD.
Some additions I would still like to add to this MOD are "Codsworth Roses" (a harvestable plant that grants a small CHA buff for a short time), Fixing the Holoplayer to play music, Tunable TV, and better, more advanced lighting. 
The TV is in an ON state atm, and it is intended to make this activatable with an on/off state.

:NOTE:
This mods uses ONLY vanilla Fallout 4 Assets and NO SCRIPTS. This MOD was 100% lvl work. All new assets were made unique as to preserve the integrity of the rest of the game. As such, any MOD that adds items to the location of the PostWar Player house will probably conflict.
The Back door currently does not open and will seem broken. Note that both exterior Doors are scrappable and you are able to replace them with workshop doors.
It is intended to make the backdoor openable at some point.
