If I'm going to spend any decent amount of time playing ANY game, you better believe that I would rather look at a smoking hot girl, then some grubby dirty guy....The way I see it, people are one of two groups, at least when it comes to making their game characters (main character that is), there is the people who self insert and make a male hero (aw yea I'm gonna make a badass dude who does some cool s#*!) or the type that that is like, "nah I would much rather look at a girl if I'm gonna be playing this game a lot." lol, the latter is the group I am a part of. The only rare exception to that rule, is if its an older game where no matter what you do the girls still look like a heaping pile of dog a.ss, then I am forced to play male lol
So apparently this mod does something to the Vulpine NPC mod. Any affected male Vulpine NPCs are changed into human females instead of Vulpine ones. I don't know if this is an error on my part or if it's an actual compatibility issue.
No that's just how it is, it's not compatible with NPC race changing mods, I'm using nanako NPC race changer and all NPCs appeared with generic race and weirdly black lips.
This mod is stupid. Instead of using leveled lists to make its thing it alters actors directly by transforming males into females. That's why the incompatibility with another mods like better settlers.
The way to make it work with better settlers is open BetterSettlersMostlyFemale.esp in FO4Edit and remove the male entries from the settler leveled lists. And of course better settlers need to be placed after this in the mod list.

Thats one good thing about a Amazon Apocalypse.
And I think there may be more great clothing mods for chick characters then dude characters in general.
