Great for vega 8 igpus and up, never drops below 30fps even on vega 11 with 2400mhz ram (ddr4.)
You will need upscale for this, unless you don't mind playing in a window, or in 720p or something.
Just drag and drop files into documents/mygames/fallout 4 and replace old files.
I disabled mouse acceleration, if you really want to enable it you can just go into fallout4.ini and fallout4prefs.ini and ctrl+f to find the line "bmouseacceleration=0" and delete it from both files.
I also changed the mouse sensitivity y ratio so that the sensitivity on the y axis is similar to the x axis; to change this, go into fallout4.ini and find the controls section, find "fMouseHeadingYScale=.042" and change "42" to 21, which will restore the default fallout 4 setting.
Thank you for downloading and remember to endorse this if you enjoy it.
On one last side note, I use Radeon Image Sharpening to make 540p, (the resolution of the config file,) a bit more bearable. If you have an AMD gpu, this is easy. just open "Radeon Software" and go to "Fallout 4" here you can enable and adjust the intensity of Radeon Image Sharpening. This option (to my knowledge) has no real performance hit and will DRASTICLY improve image quality in-game. IF, however, you do not have an AMD gpu, then you can download and install enbseries, (great tutorial here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-pCl00x5DVs) and use this: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/14825/ enb for the same effect. Just open the config menu in-game (shit+tab) and disable everything except for postpassshader.
