MODDERS RESOURCE - This mod alone does nothing unless applied to the world. I've however uploaded an .esp for example/testing purposes.
They said it could not be done. They were wrong...
There are 5 versions of the ceiling fan .nifs included. They are...
Q: How can I incorporate these into my mod?
A: Simple! I've provided the necessary modified .nif files in the Files section. Simply turn them into a MSTT (Moveable Static Object) in the Creation Kit and you're good to go.
Q: Uhh, the last fan is spinning backwards?
A: Nope! It's just spinning so fast that it appears to be spinning the other way. This is due to the refresh rate of your monitor and the gif being funky.
Q: Can you also change the workshop ceiling fans you can build?
A: Sorry, I'm not experienced enough to know how to do that. Someone else did, however: Adjustable Speed - Ceiling Fans by Derpsdale
Q: What's in the 'Modders resource example' .esp?
A: All of the modified ceiling fans are placed in the DebugRange cell, and the Pre-War Sanctuary House Ceiling Fan + Cabot Family House ceiling fan have been replaced with moving variants (since the default static ones do not move at all!)
You're free to use my .esp as a base if you wish, all I ask is you credit me where due ^^

Turns out you just had to refresh the SpecialIdle animation in Nifskope. The animation didn't break, NifSkope's preview did.
They said it could not be done. They were wrong...

- Off - Fan blades do not rotate at all.
- Low - Low speed for a gentle breeze in the room.
- Medium - Providing a suitable rotation for room ventilation.
- High - When you need some wind to beat the heat.
- Hyperspeed - Just cause, it's funny to see them flying around like a propeller :D Mind your head!
