You can change outfits and armors on dead bodies simply by opening their inventory. Works on Humans and non-Feral Ghouls.
You can turn on and off this ability by using the "Equip Ability - Activate" and "Equip Ability - Deactivate" (Pip-Boy / Aid). After using one, you'll another immediatelly. So if you used the "Equip Ability - Activate", you'll get an "Equip Ability - Deactivate" instantly.
If necessary, additional "Equip Ability" items can be crafted at the Chemistry Workbench.
