New Player Home Plug in near Sanctuary Hills. Two options Available plug in or add Transfer settlement for additional 950 items

I built this in an area that shouldn't conflict with any other mods. I put many items in through Creation Kit and other in game and provided a Transfer Settlement File.
REMEMBER YOU ONLY HAVE A FEW DOWNLOADS TO GET GOING
DOWNLOAD AND GO THROUGH AND SEE WHATS NOT THERE BEFORE DOING THE TRANSFER SETTLEMENT ( YOU MAY WANT TO DECORATE IT ON YOUR OWN
For the plug in you will need to download the following
CWSS Redux v 3 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/14326
PhotoRooms https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/42509
SOE Pack https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10075
Homemaker https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1478
Other files are needed for the Transfer Settlement Option and are listed in the requirement section as well as the one above.
NOTE: IT'S VERY IMPORTANT TO TOGGLE THE GRASS TO OFF WHILE YOUR THERE ~tg ON THE COMMAND LINE
I REMOVED AS MANY TREES AS I THOUGHT WAS NESSASSARY TO BUILD BUT SOME MAY REMAIN.
THIS PLUG IN WILL EFFECT SOME SURROUNDING AREAS
All doors have been tested and I provided an escape door if you have any problem
All showers work
The Bidet works but make sure you see your player sitting there before you go to ~tfc
All underwater benches can be used by kneeling in 1st person and clicking on the sit option once your sitting come out of 1st person
There are many auto door through out so it may take some time to learn them
