This creates a .38 caliber pistol that looks like the normal 10mm pistol and another that looks like the Walther (Deliverer) style.

If I figure out how to make it craftable will do so, but for now you can summon a copy via the console.

To get the 10mm style version:
Open the console with ~
type the following then hit enter:
help "modern" 4
Look for the item ID
type the following then hit enter:
player.additem <itemid> 1

To get the Walther (Deliverer) style version:
Open the console with ~
type the following then hit enter:
help "walther" 4
Look for the item ID
type the following then hit enter:
player.additem <itemid> 1

Note: Due to the way the game handles weapon upgrades, summoning a weapon via console gives you random mods for that gun. i.e. You could get a suppressed version or non-suppressed, heavy, powerful etc.  You can always take it to the workshop to mod it the way you want however.
