Makes the weathers from "NAC X - Natural and Atmospheric Commonwealth 10 - Legacy Edition" compatible with "FROST Survival Simulator".

INSTALLATION:
Place the esp from this mod after NAC.esp and Frost.esp in your load order.
Recommended order is NAC.esp, then Frost.esp, and then this esp.
If you're also playing with FROST - Nuka World AddOn by RedMetalShield, download the optional file in addition to the main file.
See the end of this description for an extended load order.
INFO:
This plugin allows NAC X weathers to behave similarly to FROST weathers
by changing NAC X weathers' magic effects to match FROST's magic effects.
WITHOUT this compatibility patch, using NAC X with FROST will break gameplay by making the surface non-irradiated. As a result FROST gas masks would no longer be needed, ruining immersion.
Recommended but not required:
Set NAC X to use the winter climate. FROST's environment is nuclear winter, so it only makes sense.
Disable "complex hit fx" from the NAC X settings menu. If you don't like the radiation effects, disable "radiation fx" as well.
All NAC X settings are accessed by wearing the NAC apparel item that comes with that mod.
Required:
In this patch, the magic effects (aka radiation) are a part of the FROST mod and so Frost.esp is a necessary master.
