This adds the Russian TOZ-194 to Fallout 4, it features :
Custom animations
Custom models and textures
16 custom sights
7 custom grips
4 ammo
Laser and flashlight
Suppressor and brake
Mutiple materials
The weapon is compatible with Bullet Counted Reload, however there is one known issue about a flicker during the animation when you stop mid reload in third person. It is fully leveled list, (Starts spawning at lvl 15), It also uses See Through Scope, it is not required, but if you don't use it, the scopes won't work. You can also give yourself the gun by typing "help TOZ 4" in the console and "player.additem id" or craft it at the chemlab under Weapons - Toz194.
Second weapon on Fallout 4, I'm continuing to learn while doing all of this. The weapon will not have any updates to add features, or animation etc, It will only be for bugs. I'm already on another project, so you don't need to ask me to do a mod or whatever.
