This is a WIP where I will be retexturing many vault textures.
- Permissions and credits
This is the very beginning of my retexture project to make the vaults look a little more special. I am uploading this now to show that I am working on it and because I am putting a lot of time into each texture to make sure it is of high quality. Right now only a few certain Vault 111 textures are done because most of these are unique from the other vaults. I'm very aware no normal maps are included, the default ones will cut it for now. I have a very busy week coming up and wanted to get these up until I can get back to working on them. Be sure to check back once or twice a week as I will often upload new versions.
Also, a lot of vanilla textures are the exact same for the prewar and postwar versions. I am attempting to distinguish those more than originally done by making prewar textures look newer while leaving the aged look in the postwar versions. The photos I have uploaded are prewar, so don't say they don't fit in with the postwar 200 year old setting. The prewar textures should have been more pristine looking than they are because the vault is new. To be clear, this mod does cover some and will hopefully cover all prewar AND postwar vault textures.
I also want to make it clear that postwar textures are not made clean looking like the prewar ones, they still fit in with the postwar environment.
