I really like that you changed the minigun so it works like other guns, where you can upgrade it's receiver according to Gun Nut perk level. It makes much more sense than just giving a general boost, which is fine in the short term but won't make it viable later. Simple but makes much more sense to me than other mods,
The only thing I would do is to just give each upgrade a little more boost. The standard and accelerated barrel seems to be very close dps wise. This is probably just my own preference but I would maybe give the accelerated barrel a little higher rate of fire so there's a bigger reason to use it for more dps but with bad range and precision. I'm nitpicking, I know. It's probably easy to change but it's been a while since I modded and even then I was very bad at it. I'll use your mod regardless and maybe try to adjust some specs if I can. Cheers!

This mod directly clashes with Better Miniguns in the form that if you have Better Miniguns installed the new receivers won't show.
(tested by running each separately, then at the same time in different orders)

Better Miniguns provides slightly more damage so maybe amplify the numbers or something, just a tip from a minigun lover :)

I really like Better Miniguns, but its method of making the Minigun better is just cranking up all of its stats. I'm trying to keep to vanilla boundaries with this one, just giving the Minigun the same upgrades and chances to improve that other weapons get, without trying to go overboard. It's a thin line trying to make something like the minigun go from weak to workable, without making it overpowered. I might bump up the damage if all the other changes still prove to be too little.

EDIT: I did end up bumping the damage a little.
