If you're using AWKCR - Paint System Simplified you might have noticed that Decals are still spawning on enemies and in containers even though they're useless now. That's because the aforementioned mod doesn't actually remove them from leveled lists even though it claims it does. Well, this mod aims to solve that; I've removed all decals from all the leveled lists they were in but left the leveled lists themselves intact (but empty) for compatibility reasons. Note that this will take effect only on newly-spawned NPCs/containers.
