Adds new component Cooling Agent for usage in crafting Cryolator ammo, Reactor Coolant, and Cryo weapons

This mod adds the new component "Cooling Agent" to the game. Cooling Agent can be acquired by scrapping Coolant, Empty Coolant, Antifreeze, Suprathaw Antifreeze, and Medical Liquid Nitrogen Dispensers - they respectively yield 5, 1, 3, 4, and 10 Cooling Agent.
Cooling Agent's primary use is a new recipe that lets you craft Cyro Cell ammo for the Cryolator. This is done at a Chemistry Workstation and requires Rank 2 in Chemist. The recipe uses 5 Cooling Agent, 3 Purified Water, and 3 Fertilizer, to produce 5 Cryo Cells. So, in terms of Cooling Agent anyway, it's a direct 1:1 production ratio.
For purposes of immersion, Cooling Agent is also used to make Cryo Grenades and Cryo Mines, replacing the use of Acid and Nuclear Material; instead the two recipes require 3 Cooling Agent. Because it is one of the handful of ways to get Cooling Agent, Antifreeze in the recipe for Reactor Coolant for Liberty Prime has been replaced with Cooling Agent as well, using 5. This also means if you really want to cool Prime's jets for life, Reactor Coolant is easier to produce since Cooling Agent is (relatively) more common than Antifreeze.
As this is a component that could conceivably be used in other recipes (fridges and vending machines for one), I am open to it being integrated or used for other mods that may wish to include Cooling Agent. Just please ask permission first.
Note - This is intended to be compatible with my other mod "Reasonable Scrapping", so the overall scrap yield of the Medical Liquid Nitrogen Dispenser has been changed to match that of Reasonable Scrapping, plus Cooling Agent. Place this mod below Reasonable Scrapping in your mod order for this to take effect.
COMPATIBILITY
There are two versions of this mod to use with VIS-G Item Sorting, one for Weightless and one for Vanilla Weight. They are listed as optional files in the Files tab, use them instead of the main version of the mod.
