   The problem with this blueprint is that it does not have the proper requirements listed correctly via the requirements tab. maybe fix that so people know what to download instead of giving "random.esm" names?

   This mod doesn't work for me. MO2 just says the content of <data> does not look valid. I don't know how to fix this.

   Tried the transfer settlement plan. Works great. Looks even better. If anyone else tries it, be sure to scrap everything in home plate first. You'll also end up disabling the wooden stair ladder (clips through your new roof and a workbench). Past that, works out wonderfully.

      thank you a lot , yeah for all my homeplate blueprints its better to scrap everything

   Love the various looks of your designs - so wish I could get blueprints to work! Your designs are just excellent.
