a transfer settlements blueprint mod
here we have the starlight drive in as you've never seen it before.....
both the projector and diner have been removed but NOT the screen so be sure to NOT scrap it, so don't use "~scrapall"
as it will remove the screen.
so I've decorated and furnished one of the 4 houses, it has 12 functioning beds so enough to get you started and an idea for how to decorate the other three houses, but again there left bare so that you can bring your own touch to the place...
one problem I've had is the water in the center garden wont transfer over in my in game transfer tests so you may need to place this down again.... i use the mod Settlement Object Expansion for the water, (under build your own pool category, its the large water plane/quantum river) available on Bethesda mods, but you could use any water or even leave the vanilla water, just scrap the nuke barrels
notes edit#1, its not listed in the required mods but "Glowing Wild Plants" will bring the settlement to life at night
